The second floor contains 3 bedrooms and a bath and a half.  One of the bedrooms is extra large with a walk in closet and a private ½ bath. 

The center section of the home has a full basement with 3 rooms:  a large room, a large pantry and a utility room.  The laundry room is located on the first floor for added convenience.
