Lower level has large sitting area with rock fireplace, (gas logs) one bedroom with queen size bed, and one bedroom with a full size bed with full bath.
House can accomodate up to eight adults, no pets or smoking allowed. Gas grill. Must be 25 years old to make reservation.
Rates are $155.00 per night with additional 10% tax and a $60 cleaning fee
